April 27, 2000 was the day Elder Donald E. Jones became the Founder and Pastor of the World Faith Harvest Fellowship Church. Located at 10456 Pippin Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45231.

 

Dr. Donald E. Jones is married to 1st Lady Johnnie B. Jones. God has blessed this marriage for 51 years. They have three sons, Derrick Samuel Lee Hogan, Donald E. Jones III and Quincy Lee Jones. They have 8 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.

 

He is an Ordained Minister. Graduated from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, GA.  Received a Doctorate of Theology Degree May 28th, 2004 with a GPA 4.0 and Honors; Summa Cum Laude.  He received a Master of Theology Degree in September 1999 with a GPA 3.70 and Honors: Cum Laude. He also received a Bachelor of Biblical Studies Degree in February 20th, 1998 with a GPA 3.60 and Honors: Cum Laude.

 

Graduated from Xavier University June 1978 with a BS/BA Degree in Business Administration/Management. He has 47 years of experience in Management and Business Selling Skills.

 

He retired on January 31, 2020, as the National Accounts Manager of Corporate Programs for Matthew 25 Ministries. An International Humanitarian Ministry Organization that Provides Medical Supplies; Food and Clothing and Personal Care Items for the Poorest of the Poor in 60 Countries Locally, Nationally, and Internationally.  Last Year Matthew 25 Ministries shipped over 1,229, 40ft Containers of Products and Provided help to over 23 million People World-Wide. Dr. Jones currently serves as a Board Member at Matthew 25 Ministries. PRAISE GOD!

 

As Pastor, he has taught New Members Classes, Sunday School, Bible Study Classes, Training for Service and Vacation Bible School classes.

 

Dr. Jones was Co-Chairman for Mt Healthy School Bond Issue. Which was a 90 Million Dollar initiative to help build 3 Brand New Schools in the Mt. Healthy School District.

 

Dr. Jones was the former President of the Mt. Healthy Alliance, Inc. A Coalition of 12 area Pastors, which provide food, clothing & health care services to those in need.  In 2022, Mt. Healthy Alliance provided help to over 25,000 people. Serving 1100 families a month.

 

September 2003 Pastor and WFHFC Members has been successful in diversifying the Colerain Township Police Department, it is now a better representation of all people and not just one race of people. God does hear and answer prayer, because now the Colerain Township Police Department has One African American Female Police Officers & 2 African American Male & 1 Hispanic Police Officer. Praise God! The Colerain Township Police Department is now Diversified. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

Dr. Jones has been and is involved with the following Outreach Ministries:

Project Andrew, Operation Nehemiah, GENESIS, Gospel Missions Men Ministry, Having the Courage to Change, Bethany House and Drop Inn Center, Jail Ministry, and Helping Hands Ministry. These ministries help both men and women to overcome their personal struggles with substance abuse of drugs, alcohol, prostitution, homelessness, job instability, abusive relationships, or other substance addictions.

 

June 2022 the church began farming “The Garden of Hope”. This ministry will provide fresh vegetables and fruit to help those in the community who are need.

 

The Summer of 2022, the church began “The Free Summer Lunch Program.” This program provides free food every Saturday during the months of June, July, and August 2022, for the children and youth. So that they will not go hungry over the weekend. TO GOD BE GLORY!
